This role will support the development of strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and best practices for rolling out a variety of Archibus functionalities across the enterprise. Responsibilities May Include:* Advise the client on Archibus capabilities, configuration options, and integration strategies to align with mission requirements.* Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementation of Archibus modules.* Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.* Lead or assist in the configuration of Archibus modules, ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.* Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.* Oversee data migration, system testing, and validation activities.* Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoption of Archibus functionalities.* Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership.* Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.**What You Will Need:** * Ability to obtain a SECRET federal security clearance* TEN (10) years of experience implementing Archibus* Deep understanding of the Archibus architecture and database structure **What Would Be Nice to Have:** * Experience working within the Department of State* Experience working in an Agile environment* Background/experience in facilities management, real property, and asset management* AutoCAD experience with creating and editing floorplan drawings* Experience writing SQL, JavaScript, and Java* Experience working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate systems implementation* Experience in presenting communications and/or training related to Archibus functionality* Experience creating User Guides and User Acceptance Testing scriptsThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
