Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an Archibus SME to advise a federal client on IWMS implementation, roadmaps, and best practices across enterprise modules. You will lead configuration efforts, map requirements to technical specs, and oversee data migration while ensuring Federal security standards.

Responsibilities include demos for leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and supporting business development through proposal input. A SECRET clearance is required or must be obtainable.

Qualifications

• Ten years of hands-on Archibus implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; DoD/Federal work preferred.
• Clearance: ability to obtain and maintain SECRET clearance.
• Deep understanding of Archibus architecture and database structure.

Job Family:Management ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain SecretWhat You Will Do:The Archibus SME will serve as a trusted advisor to a federal client, providing expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of the Archibus Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This role will support the development of strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and best practices for rolling out a variety of Archibus functionalities across the enterprise.Responsibilities May Include:Advise the client on Archibus capabilities, configuration options, and integration strategies to align with mission requirements.Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementation of Archibus modules.Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.Lead or assist in the configuration of Archibus modules, ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.Oversee data migration, system testing, and validation activities.Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoption of Archibus functionalities.Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership.Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
