Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Archibus Subject Matter Expert to serve a federal client, guiding implementation and optimization of the Archibus IWMS. You will help develop strategic roadmaps, plan phased deployments, and ensure best practices across the enterprise.

You will lead configuration efforts, oversee data migration and testing, and provide mentorship while supporting demos, reviews, and client communications. A SECRET clearance is required or attainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• TEN years of Archibus implementation experience.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Deep understanding of Archibus architecture and database structure.
• Experience with DoD/federal projects is a plus.

This role will support the development of strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and best practices for rolling out a variety of Archibus functionalities across the enterprise. Responsibilities May Include:* Advise the client on Archibus capabilities, configuration options, and integration strategies to align with mission requirements.* Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementation of Archibus modules.* Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.* Lead or assist in the configuration of Archibus modules, ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.* Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.* Oversee data migration, system testing, and validation activities.* Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoption of Archibus functionalities.* Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership.* Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
