Trileaf Corporation, a nationwide environmental, architecture, and engineering firm, seeks an Archaeology Project Manager to lead archaeologists and historians in delivering cultural resource projects. Requires SOI standards compliance, PI, and management experience.

Remote location with travel as needed. Responsibilities include managing teams, schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and proposals; mentoring staff and coordinating with clients and SHPOs.

Qualifications

• Must meet SOI Standards for Archaeology (36 CFR 61).
• 5+ years of field experience; 2+ years as Principal Investigator; 1+ year of management.

Responsabilités

• Report to and coordinate with the Group Manager/Vice President
• Interface with internal management, clients, SHPOs, and tribal nations
• Lead and manage project teams and schedules, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely completion of deliverables
• Manage project expectations and ensure projects are completed to the specified scope of work and budget
• Complete report reviews and QA/QC of deliverables
• Develop and implement archaeological research plans, methodologies, and protocols
• Prepare proposals and oversee complex projects such as balloon tests, NRHP nominations, and archaeological monitoring
• Proactively communicate potential issues that may affect project outcomes or timelines
• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and make salary and promotion recommendations
• Support the hiring, onboarding, and continued professional development of team members
• Track projects, and assist in researching new policies and procedures to ensure continuous compliance
• Perform occasional fieldwork as required
