Trileaf Corporation seeks an Archaeology Project Manager to lead a team of archaeologists, architectural historians, and technicians on cultural resource projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and deliverables while ensuring NHPA/SOI compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and SHPOs, QA/QC, developing research plans, and mentoring staff. Remote work is supported nationwide, with some travel as needed.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in Archaeology/Anthropology/Architectural History.
• Minimum 5 years field experience, including 2 years as a Principal Investigator.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• RPA certification and valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead archaeologists and technicians to deliver cultural resource projects.
• Coordinate with Group Manager/Vice President and clients.
• Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee QA/QC and reporting on documents.
• Develop research plans, methodologies, and protocols.
• Prepare proposals and oversee complex projects (balloon tests, NRHP, monitoring).
• Communicate potential issues that may affect timelines.
• Conduct performance reviews and salary/promotion recommendations.
• Support hiring and professional development of team members.
• Track projects and research new compliance policies.
• Perform occasional fieldwork as required.
