Job summary

Trileaf Corporation, a nationwide environmental, architecture, and engineering firm, seeks an Archaeology Project Manager to lead a team of archaeologists and historians delivering culturally sensitive projects under NHPA Section 106. Requires 5+ years field experience, including 2+ years as PI, and 1+ year of management.

The role is remote with responsibilities across projects, with opportunities to mentor staff and develop research plans, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Archaeology, Anthropology, or Architectural History.
• 5+ years of field experience, including 2+ years as Principal Investigator.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• RPA certification required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Group Manager/Vice President.
• Lead project teams and schedules; allocate resources.
• Ensure projects meet scope and budget with QA/QC of deliverables.
• Develop archaeological research plans, methodologies, and protocols.
• Prepare proposals and oversee complex projects (balloon tests, NRHP nominations, monitoring).
• Communicate potential issues affecting timelines or outcomes.
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
