Job summary

Trileaf Corporation, a nationwide environmental, architecture, and engineering firm, is seeking an Archaeology Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team on cultural resource projects. The role requires meeting SOI Standards, coordinating with SHPOs and tribes, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience (including PI duties) and at least 1 year in management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Archaeology, Anthropology, or Architectural History.
• 5+ years of field experience, including 2+ years as Principal Investigator.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Must meet the SOI Standards for Archaeology (36 CFR 61).
• Register of Professional Archaeologists (RPA) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead archaeologists, architectural historians, and technicians on cultural resource projects.
• Manage project teams, schedules, and deliverables to meet scope and budget.
• Ensure quality, timely completion and professional development of staff.
• Prepare proposals and oversee complex projects like NRHP nominations and balloon tests.
• Perform fieldwork as required and conduct QA/QC of deliverables.
