Pixalate is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in McLean, VA. You will support billing, collections, forecasting, and month-end close, ensuring accurate invoicing and healthy cash flow.

You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to maintain clean customer accounts, resolve billing issues, and provide regular receivable insights while working independently and across time zones when needed.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or similar finance role.
• Experience with invoicing, cash application, AR aging, and collections.

• Prepare and issue invoices aligned with contracts and terms.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on balances to support timely collections.
• Post and reconcile incoming payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly.
• Maintain audit-ready AR records and generate AR aging reports.
• Support AR forecasting, cash flow projections, and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.
