North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative II for a remote role. You will manage receivables for assigned payers, perform follow-ups with payers, and audit/appeal denied claims while documenting billing activity to ensure HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of medical billing or customer service experience, strong MS Word and Excel skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of medical billing/customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts receivable for assigned payers.
• Contact payers by telephone and process follow-ups.
• Audit accounts and appeal denied claims as needed.
• Document billing activity and ensure HIPAA compliance.
