Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Services to lead the AR team, improve collections, and resolve payer issues. This is a remote role with preferred candidates in Sunrise, FL or other locations.

You will oversee training, performance metrics, and compliance, partnering with RCM leadership to drive process improvements, reduce denials, and optimize the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of denial management, payer communication, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR processes to ensure timely follow-up and collections.
• Review and approve account adjustments and workflow escalations.
• Monitor compliance with collection laws and payer contracts.
• Lead staff development including hiring, onboarding, and training AR staff and supervisors.
• Prepare leadership reports and presentations on AR performance.
