Nimble is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage denied claims and appeals in a fully remote environment. You’ll work with leading EMR systems, coordinate with clients, and help drive higher collections while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and teamwork in a fast-growing company, with daily communication by phone and email and opportunities to impact KPI results across multiple states.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable.
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic, NextGen, HST, Athena, Cerner, Availity) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and professional communication on the phone.
• Team-oriented with sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Call insurance companies to overturn denied or underpaid claims.
• Write appeals to overturn denials and improve payments.
• Work across multiple practice management systems and workflow tools.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding unpaid insurance claims.
• Check payer portals for claim statuses.
• Attend team and client meetings.
• Prioritize work queue for maximum efficiency.
• Document contracts with insurance carriers and estimated payment dates.
• Review claims for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily activity records and use reports to manage AR.
• Meet facility goals and KPIs.
