Job summary

Jobot is seeking an AR Specialist - Collections in Saint Paul, MN with remote flexibility. You will own a high-volume aging portfolio, pull aging reports, send statements, and drive proactive outreach to prevent disputes.

Experience in NetSuite is required. You will work in a fast-scaling environment, collaborate with a dispute-resolution team, and contribute to a modern, automation-focused collections function.

Qualifications

• Solid collections/AR background.
• NetSuite experience required.
• Ability to adapt to a non-standard, high-volume process.
• Strong written communication (email-first).
• Comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Own collections on non-disputed accounts within a high-volume aging portfolio.
• Pull aging reports, send statements/notices, and drive proactive outreach.
• Track and manage a defined portfolio with consistent follow-up cadence.
• Route disputed accounts to the dedicated dispute-resolution team.
• Work daily in NetSuite and ramp onto a new collections platform.
