Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examines denied and other non-paid claims to determine discrepancies.
• Communicates with payers to follow up on claims and file appeals.
• Identify reasons for underpayments and address trends with management.
• Maintain understanding of federal and state regulations and payer requirements.
• Document activity in client hosts/tracking systems.
• Demonstrate initiative and communicate trends to management.
• Resolve accounts through problem solving.
