Responsibilities

• Follow up and denial activities with payers to resolve claim payment issues.
• Mentor AR Specialist team members to develop skills in denials and appeals.
• Communicate with payers to follow up on outstanding claims and file appeals.
• Assist leadership with AR reduction and cash acceleration projects.
• Document activity accurately in client systems and tracking tools.
