Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Accounts Resolution Specialist to ensure proper billing and timely reimbursements. You will communicate with insurance companies to secure payments, handle denial resolutions, and support cross-functional teams in a complex AR environment.

Remote role with requirements for prior remote-work experience, strong customer service, and adherence to vaccination policies. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• High School diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• 2 years of insurance claims follow-up.
• 2 years of claim denial management.
• 5 years of experience within a physician and/or facility business office.
• 1 year of experience working in a remote environment.
• Vaccination policy compliance or approved exemption.
• Flu shot or exemption masking during flu season.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on required daily accounts based on leadership assignments to reduce the A/R.
• Validate denied claims timely and determine denial resolution (authorization/retro authorization/precertification).
• Utilize WAYSTAR to submit appeal letters and payer-required documentation.
• Prioritize work to increase collections process efficiency.
• Document actions in Avatar and WAYSTAR with standardized notes.
• Meet productivity requirements as set by the department.
• Communicate opportunities with leadership using SBAR format.
• Follow CHS leadership chain of command; participate in AR reduction initiatives.
• Troubleshoot tech issues and assist billing with correspondence disposition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
