Job summary

ReWorks Solutions is looking for a Data Entry Specialist (AR/AP) to work full-time remotely from the United States. You will be responsible for accurately entering and managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data, as well as verifying invoices and assisting with financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, preferably with further education in accounting or finance, and proven experience in a financial administrative role. Enjoy comfortable working hours and the ability to work from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience with data entry specific to accounts receivable/payable.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage AR and AP data in financial systems.
• Verify and reconcile invoices and financial documents.
• Assist with generating financial reports related to AR/AP.
