Qualifications

• 3 years of revenue cycle management experience.
• Waystar and Availity proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up on unpaid or denied claims per payer guidelines.
• Review and resolve denied claims with timely resubmissions.
• Initiate and track denials appeals with proper documentation.
• Identify and escalate complex account discrepancies to leadership.
• Analyze denial patterns to identify systemic issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Follow documented policies and training materials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
• Support department and organizational objectives.
