KidsCare Home Health in Dallas seeks an intermediate-level A/R Collections Specialist to join our billing team. You will tackle denials, manage resubmissions, and drive successful collections for pediatric home health services across payer sources.

The role requires 1–2 years of medical billing experience, strong Excel and Billing System skills, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset to meet deadlines and deliver quality service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• File timely reconsiderations and appeals with payers.
• Track and resolve balances, correct and reprocess claims, and appeal discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials and ensure timely resubmissions.
• Review unpaid balances on assigned accounts and follow up.
• Perform eligibility checks across insurers and notify relevant parties.
• Collaborate across departments and maintain compliance while delivering quality service.

A/R Collections Specialist : Join our Fast-Paced, Problem-Solving Team!

We are seeking an intermediate-level A/R Specialist with a solid foundation and 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Medical Billing to join our Dallas based Billing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate claims processing, tackling denials, managing resubmissions, and driving successful collections for home health services across multiple payer sources. Every day will bring new puzzles to solve and fresh opportunities to make an impact. • Experience with medical billing denials, appeals, ERAs/EOBs
