Job summary

US Acute Care Solutions seeks an AR Research & Resolution Representative to research and resolve claims, maximize cash collections, and minimize denials. This remote role supports hospitals and payer communications while upholding our values.

The position requires knowledge of medical insurance terminology, ICD-10 and CPT codes, and strong attention to detail. High school diploma preferred; billing experience is helpful but not required; remote work capability is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in medical insurance, billing experience, or equivalent training helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and coding (ICD-10, CPT).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve insurance or contract claims to maximize cash collections.
• Maintain worklists and assignments aligned with performance targets and quality scores.
• Interface with payers and internal/external partners via phone and web tools.
• Escalate items promptly and identify workflow improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of current government and carrier regulations relevant to the industry.
