Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of revenue cycle management experience.
• Experience with Waystar and Availity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up on unpaid or denied claims per payer guidelines.
• Review and resolve denied claims, ensuring timely resubmissions.
• Initiate and track denials appeals with proper documentation.
• Identify complex account discrepancies for leadership escalation.
• Analyze denial patterns to identify systemic issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer rules.
• Follow policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
