Jobgether seeks an Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist for a fully remote US-based role. You will manage complex AR cases, investigate denials, and coordinate appeals to accelerate payments from insurers and third-party payers.

In this remote position, you’ll collaborate with billing teams, providers, patients, and payers to resolve payment discrepancies and improve collections for a behavioral health organization. Vaccination compliance is required.

Competenze

• Prior experience in insurance claims follow-up and denial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in insurance claims follow-up and in denial management.
• At least 5 years in physician or healthcare facility business office.

Mansioni

• Follow up on assigned accounts daily to reduce outstanding AR and accelerate reimbursement.
• Review denied claims promptly and identify resolution strategies (authorization, retroactive authorization, precertification).
• Prepare and submit appeal letters and payer documentation through WAYSTAR for unpaid/underpaid claims.
• Prioritize account resolution activities to improve efficiency and collections outcomes.
• Document actions and progress in Avatar and WAYSTAR.
• Meet departmental productivity and performance requirements.
• Follow reporting lines and participate in initiatives to reduce AR.
• Assist billing teams in responding to mail and other correspondence.
