Job summary

You will oversee billing, posting, collections, denials, and reconciliations across facilities while ensuring payer compliance and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree and 4+ years in medical billing/AR, with 1 year in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in medical billing/accounts receivable management required.
• 1 year of experience in behavioral healthcare required.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing, collections, and AR follow-up for multiple facilities.
• Provide guidance on payer responses, denials, and adjustments.
• Oversee AR workflow, reconciliation, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and internal policies.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of AR staff.
• Support month-end close activities and AR reporting.
