Powerback is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Lead to manage the AR workflow for our nationwide operations, including clinical and home-based services. The role oversees staff, enforces quality controls, and collaborates with corporate finance to address accounting issues in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Accounting with several years in long-term care bookkeeping or business office management, and can thrive in a remote, nationwide

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of three years experience in corporate based long term care bookkeeping; or five+ years in business office management.

Mansioni

• Schedule and manage the workflow of the accounts receivable department.
• Establish quality control standards for each function.
• Recruit, hire and train new accounts receivable staff.
• Review performance for assigned staff.
• Support Billing Coordinators by resolving center level requests and issues.
• Coordinate special projects from corporate management.
• Advise corporate financial managers on accounting issues.
• Ensure deadlines are met and assist with billing when needed.
