Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage a portfolio, monitor aging, and drive timely cash application. The role collaborates with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to resolve open items and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in AR or related finance, strong Excel skills, and experience in high-volume environments. Remote or hybrid work options available depending on location.

Qualifications

• 1+ years AR, collections, cash application, or related finance experience.
• Experience in consumer products, distribution, or high-volume transactional environments preferred.
• ERP experience with Oracle; SAP experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Accounts Receivable portfolio and monitor aging reports.
• Follow up with customers on past-due invoices and payment status.
• Review credit holds and escalate per policy.
• Research payment discrepancies, short payments, unapplied cash, and invoice issues.
• Support cash application, deposits, and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to resolve items.
• Maintain accurate collection records and documentation.
• Prepare AR reports and assist month-end close.
