Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable to support the Credit and AR Administration Department, including DTC reconciliations, process of misdirected payments, and intercompany transfers. The role collaborates with Credit Management, Customer Service, and external counsel to ensure accurate receivables and cash application.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance and at least 3 years in a finance-related role; SAP AR experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support administrative functions of the Credit Department including: managing payment reconciliation for Direct-to-Consumer business and resolving variations; execution of clearings from AR to other balance sheet accounts; analyze and approve misdirected cash and intercompany transfers; B2B credit card processing and reconciliation; support doubtful account management and settlements; interaction with Credit Management, Customer Service, Outside Legal Counsel, and Nestlé customers; assist on department projects and reconciliations.
