Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support Finance by managing customer accounts, monitoring aging, and coordinating collections. You will process invoices, credit memos, deposits, and cash receipts, working with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to resolve issues.

Remote or hybrid work is possible based on location, with a strong preference for proximity to Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, collections, cash application, or related finance experience.
• Experience in consumer products or high-volume transactional environments; ERP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR portfolio, monitor aging reports and support collections.
• Follow up with customers on past-due invoices and payment status.
• Review credit holds and escalate accounts per policy.
• Research payment discrepancies, short payments, unapplied cash, and invoice issues; escalate as needed.
• Support cash application, deposits, invoice processing and credit memo administration.
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to resolve open items.
• Maintain accurate collection records and documentation.
• Prepare routine AR reports and support month-end close activities.
