Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support Finance by managing customer activity, aging, and collections. You will handle invoices, cash receipts, and credit memos while collaborating with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to resolve issues.

This role can be remote or hybrid depending on location, with a preference for candidates near Bridgewater, NJ or other Nestlé entities. A 1+ year AR background and ERP experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, collections, cash application, or related finance experience.
• Experience in a consumer products or high-volume transactional environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle; SAP a plus).
• Proficient Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio and monitor aging reports.
• Follow up on past-due invoices and payment status.
• Review credit holds and escalate as needed.
• Research discrepancies, unapplied cash, short payments, and invoice issues.
• Support cash application, deposits, and credit memo administration.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to resolve items.
• Prepare routine AR reports and assist month-end close.
