Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support Finance by managing customer accounts, monitoring aging, and processing invoices and credits. You’ll collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to resolve issues and ensure accurate records, with a remote or hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year AR experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP). Preference for proximity to Bridgewater, NJ or Nestlé entities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years AR, collections, cash application, or related finance experience preferred.
• Experience in consumer products, distribution, or high-volume environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience a plus; SAP helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio and aging reports.
• Follow up on past-due invoices and payment status.
• Review credit holds and escalate per policy.
• Research payment discrepancies, short payments, unapplied cash, and invoice issues; escalate disputes.
• Support cash application, deposits, and invoice processing.
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to resolve account items.
• Prepare AR reports and assist month-end close.
