The position supports remote work with periodic onsite attendance within 100 miles of Saugerties, NY. A strong AR background and detailed orientation are essential to ensure compliant invoicing and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or invoicing experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with Viewpoint and Sage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy across data entry and invoicing.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
