Job summary

Embrace Software Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to join our Finance team in a remote Canada role. You will own customer receivables across multiple business units and partner with leaders to resolve billing issues.

This hands-on role requires organization, persistence, and strong Excel and ERP experience, including NetSuite. You will report to the Finance leadership and help standardize AR processes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in accounts receivable or collections.
• Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Strong Excel skills with large AR aging data.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR and collections across multiple units.
• Review aging reports and follow up on past-due balances.
• Contact customers on invoices and payment status.
• Document collection activities and commitments.
• Coordinate unapplied cash and account discrepancies.
• Prepare AR aging reports and update leadership.
• Collaborate with billing, sales, and CS teams.
• Support month-end close and external audit requests.
