Driven Brands is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts, resolve billing issues, and support timely collections in a fast-paced environment. This role partners with customers and internal teams to reduce aged balances and maintain audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, billing, cash application, and account reconciliation practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review aging reports and identify root causes of outstanding balances.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and perform collection activities to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Review aging reports, research account discrepancies, and resolve payment issues.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and remove barriers to payment.
• Monitor account activity and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Escalate high-risk accounts and support recovery efforts including write-off decisions.
