Enterprise Fleet Management is hiring a Client Account Coordinator for its Collections Team. This remote role supports the Greater St. Louis area and handles AR questions, billing inquiries, and payment arrangements with internal teams and external customers.

The ideal candidate has accounting or AR experience, strong Excel skills, and a customer-service mindset. Work-from-home requirements and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting, billing or AR experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Some college coursework in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Research and contact customers on AR balances via phone and email to obtain payment or arrange plans.
• Serve as subject matter expert for billing and AR; provide timely responses to escalated issues from local offices and customers.
• Identify at-risk customers and provide problem resolution.
• Escalate problem accounts to AR leadership based on risk and past due amounts.
• Complete detailed account reconciliations and apply payments per financing rules.
• Maintain AR in PeopleSoft; process billing transactions in coordination with other departments.
