Darkroom, a leading growth marketing firm, is hiring an AR & Billing Specialist. You will own billing, collections, accounts payable, and creator payments across 80+ client accounts and ~100 invoices monthly.

You’ll work with the SVP of Finance and our external bookkeeper to ensure accurate, timely payments. You’ll leverage Claude AI to streamline calculations, automate repetitive tasks, and improve workflow speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• You have 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, or collections.
• Experience with agency, professional services, or SaaS serving US clients is preferred.
• You’re fluent in English and able to communicate professionally with clients.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and issue client invoices for recurring retainers, projects, and hourly work.
• Manage collections end-to-end: follow-ups, AR aging, and cash forecasting.
• Record invoices and payments in QuickBooks with external bookkeeper collaboration.
• Maintain accurate billing schedules and reconcile scope changes.
