Darkroom is a growth marketing firm using AI to drive revenue for e-commerce and media brands. The role owns billing, collections, accounts payable, and creator payments across 80+ client accounts with about 100 invoices each month.

You will leverage Claude to automate repetitive finance tasks and proactively flag payment risks, ensuring smooth cash flow and accurate reporting in a remote-first environment.

• Confidence with US clients; high accuracy and initiative.
