Job summary

PartsBase Inc. seeks a seasoned Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our finance operations team.

You will own accounts receivable workflows, post payments, manage invoice cycles, and support billing relationships for our global member base. In this remote role, you will reconcile payments, respond to billing inquiries, assist with month-end close, and work with the accounting team to optimize processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on accounting support with AR, invoicing, and payments.
• Proven ability to process high volumes with accuracy.
• Strong understanding of AR aging, collections, and credit management.
• Experience with ACH, wire, and card payments.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile AR payments across multiple channels.
• Apply payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage invoice cycles and assist month-end close.
• Respond to billing inquiries via phone and email.
• Support audits with documentation.
• Assist in process improvements and digitalization efforts.
