Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist based in the United States. You will manage invoicing, disbursements, and maintain accurate ledgers while supporting month-end close.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AR/AP, experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero, and strong Excel skills. The role emphasizes a remote-first culture and professional vendor/client interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in AR/AP or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting software (QBO, NetSuite or Xero) and payment processing tools.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic financial formulas).

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounts receivable workflows including invoice creation and collections follow-ups.
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable functions including vendor invoice verification and payment runs.
• Perform routine reconciliations and assist month-end close adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain organized digital records and vendor tax documentation.
