Job summary

LaTeam Partners is hiring a detail-oriented AR/AP & Bookkeeping Clerk for a 100% remote, international role based in Latin America. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll support, with proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software.

You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and efficient payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping or related finance role.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, invoice matching, AR/AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable: apply client payments, reconcile invoices, monitor aging, collections.
• Handle Accounts Payable: process contractor/vendor payments, verify invoices and timesheets, code expenses.
• Perform Credit Card and Expense Reconciliation: review transactions, collect receipts, code correctly.
• Assist Payroll: support preparation, review timesheets, respond to payroll inquiries, generate reports.
