Alex Staff Agency is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Payable Accountant for a TravelTech client. The role focuses on AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end close support in a fully remote setup. You will collaborate with the Accounting Manager and cross-functional teams globally.

The ideal candidate has full-cycle AR/AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in an international, distributed environment. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in full-cycle AR/AP accounting.
• Strong bank reconciliations and GL posting knowledge.
• Experience with month-end close processes and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day AR/AP processes and reconcile balances.
• Match payments to invoices and process supplier invoicing.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers on payments and invoicing.
• Learn and use ERP and accounting systems efficiently.
