RX Global is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support essential accounting operations, act as the primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense, and assist with the Oracle Fusion migration and month-end close processes.

You will engage with multiple finance functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and transformation across the global business.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and general accounting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense matters, coordinating with the shared services team and business stakeholders to resolve questions and issues.
• Assist employees and buyers with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice and payment inquiries, and vouchers placed on hold.
• Support employees with expense reports and corporate card matters, including policy questions, payment issues, and outstanding transactions.
• Review open purchase order and inactive supplier reports and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Prepare and post timely and accurate journal entries as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Assist in the migration to Oracle Fusion by reconciling legacy data, validating account mappings, testing financial transactions, and supporting month-end reporting transition activities.
• Support internal and external audit requests and participate in ad hoc analyses, reporting, and special projects.
