Job summary

Ladder is seeking a SecOps/AppSec Engineer to lead vulnerability management across development lifecycles. You will work closely with engineering on code-level fixes in Clojure/JVM and monitor cloud security posture, incident response, and risk assessments in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering and/or cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on experience coding in Clojure and JVM environment.
• Experience securing modern cloud infrastructures and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Partner with development teams to champion application security vulnerability management.
• Configure, fine-tune, and monitor cloud security posture using SIEM/SOAR/CSP/CNAPP tools.
• Conduct security reviews and risk assessments on architectures, vendors, and APIs.
• Maintain secure workspace with IAM and device compliance.
