Job summary

Applied Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an Appraisal Project Manager (Remote) to lead insurance property appraisal projects, dispatch assignments, track cycle times, and update clients on status. You will oversee field appraisers, ensure SLAs, and maintain strong client relations.

The role requires organization, experience in insurance claims, familiarity with Xactimate/Xactanalysis, and strong documentation skills. Hybrid or remote work options may be available depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Insurance claims experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with accurate file documentation.
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify new assignments and proactively manage projects, including cycle times.
• Maintain detailed documentation and update file statuses regularly.
• Communicate project status with clients and provide proactive updates.
• Assign, manage, and monitor field appraisal teams.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high-caliber end product.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, assess client needs, and deliver solutions.
• Review appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Process invoices in accordance with contractual requirements and maintain proper documentation.
