AmeriLife is seeking appointment setters to support the sales function by initiating contact with prospective clients and scheduling meetings for agents and General Managers.

These roles operate in a call center environment, are paid hourly, and are non-exempt. Candidates should have a high school diploma and pass background checks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to pass essential background check requirements.

Responsabilités

• Incoming Calls – set appointments for agents to meet with prospective clients.
• Outgoing Calls – contact prospects from provided lists to schedule meetings.
• Data Entry – coding or entering appointment data as it’s made.
• Set up a meeting or call between potential customers and company agents.
