Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume calls and qualifying leads.
• Ability to log activities and outcomes accurately in a CRM.
• Clear spoken English with strong phone presence.

Responsabilités

• Call new leads quickly and consistently, and keep calling the ones who do not pick up first time.
• Ask the qualifying questions in the intended order and record responses.
• Book qualified homeowners onto the acquisitions calendar.
• Log every attempt in the CRM before moving to the next lead.
• Reschedule and chase no-shows to keep pipeline flow.
