Novatar is seeking a remote, commission-based sales professional to run daily outbound outreach and qualify business owners for closer opportunities. You will manage multi-channel messaging, maintain CRM notes, and consistently hit weekly qualified appointment targets.

You operate as a 1099 independent contractor, with uncapped earnings tied to meetings set and deals closed. Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in setting appointments or doing outbound sales; comfort with phone outreach.
• Ability to write clear, human outreach and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Resilience and high work rate; treats a no as steps toward a yes.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outreach via email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone for local service businesses.
• Qualify owners against a simple checklist and book them onto a closer.
• Follow up quickly and frequently to convert outreach into meetings.
• Keep pipeline and call notes clean in the provided CRM.
• Hit a weekly target for qualified booked calls.
