Overview

Sales Tech LLC is hiring motivated and goal‑oriented Remote Appointment Setters to join our fully remote team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexibility, performance‑based compensation, and a clear career path in sales.

You’ll be working with warm leads through direct messaging on Facebook—no cold‑calling required. We provide structured training, scripts, and continuous mentorship to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Start and manage conversations with warm leads via Facebook direct messaging
• Qualify leads based on provided criteria and book sales calls for our closers
• Keep records of all interactions and conduct timely follow‑ups
• Meet weekly targets for booked and attended calls
• Participate in team calls and contribute to process improvements

What We Offer

• 10% commission on closed deals (average deal size: $3,000–$7,000)

Requirements
