Pachis Agency LLC is seeking an Appointment Setter to handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with our sales producers. The role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work fully remote, ideal for balancing school, another job, or other commitments. Training and equipment are provided.

Pay starts at $18-$20 per hour, based on experience, with bonus and performance opportunities. No insurance license is required to start.

Responsibilities

Job Description

You’re comfortable picking up the phone, staying upbeat after a few “no’s,” and turning a quick conversation into a real appointment. As an Appointment Setter with Pachis Agency LLC, you’ll help connect people with an insurance team that has spent more than 20 years building trust through personal, thoughtful service.

Your day will center on outbound calls to designated leads, marketing lists, and older prospects. You’ll ask a few basic questions, learn what matters to the prospect, and schedule qualified conversations with our sales producers. You’ll also keep follow-ups organized, update CRM records, and make sure the next person on the team has the details they need.

Pachis is a family-owned American Family Insurance agency based in Evanston, with a modern growth mindset and a team that values accountability, learning, and mutual support. You’ll have flexible scheduling and the ability to work fully remote, making this a strong fit for someone balancing school, another job, or other commitments. Equipment is provided, and there’s a path to becoming licensed and moving into a Customer Service Rep or Sales Producer role.
