Qualifications

• Hands-on experience navigating Applied Epic (6+ months) or equivalent systems.
• Clear, precise English communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to adapt to new portals and keep workflows aligned.
• BYOD and remote-work readiness with a reliable home setup.
• Available to start immediately to support urgent coverage.

Requirements

Is This You?:

The Insurance Insider: You bring previous experience in a P&C Insurance CSR role and deeply understand the nuances of homeowners and auto insurance products.

The Applied Epic Pro: You preferably have at least six months of hands-on experience navigating Applied Epic, or you possess strong comparable experience with other insurance management systems.

The Detail-Oriented Organizer: You communicate clearly in English, maintain sharp attention to detail, and pride yourself on keeping workflows perfectly aligned.

Tech-Savvy: You quickly adapt to different portals and systems, bringing your own reliable device (BYOD) to get the job done right.
