Job summary

Splitero seeks an Applied AI Engineer to own AI capabilities across product and operations. You will work with engineering, product, and business teams to identify opportunities, scope initiatives, and deliver AI-powered workflows.

Prototyping and deploying solutions using low/no-code tools and modern AI platforms will be core to the role. You will lead end-to-end AI development, including data requirements, build vs buy decisions, and production integration, while collaborating with Salesforce,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years building production AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience evaluating AI tooling and operationalizing it across an organization.
• Proficiency with low/no-code orchestration platforms to prototype AI workflows rapidly.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools while knowing when to write clean, maintainable code.
• Strong backend or full-stack fundamentals; experience integrating AI into real systems.

Responsibilities

• Own identification, scoping, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities across product and operations.
• Build, integrate, and maintain AI features and workflows using LLM APIs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Develop automation workflows with low/no-code orchestration to ship AI solutions quickly.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to translate problems into AI-driven features.
• Champion AI-first development and stay current on tooling and production-grade standards.
