Job summary

Onbe, a fast-growing FinTech, seeks an AI Solutions Senior Specialist to partner with Implementations and FinOps, map workflows, and design AI-enabled automation across key processes. You will build agents using Power Automate, Glean, Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Rovo, pilot with end users, and measure productivity gains and impact.

The role involves leading governance, training employees, and rotating focus across functions as use cases stabilize.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, IS, DS, or related field.
• Hands-on with AI copilots, LLM apps, and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
• Ability to design LLM-fed workflows that turn unstructured inputs into reliable automation steps.
• Ability to map a business process and translate it into automation, data, and testing requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, customer mindset, and credibility with both business teams and technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Observe and map business workflows across systems, handoffs, exceptions, and manual steps.
• Identify repetitive work, bottlenecks, legacy problems, and opportunities to reduce effort.
• Determine whether automation, LLM-assisted workflows, or orchestration best addresses opportunities.
• Design LLM-fed automation to classify, summarize, extract, route, validate, or structure data for downstream use.
• Build AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations using approved platforms (Power Automate, Glean, Copilot Studio, Decagon, Rovo).
• Streamline approvals, notifications, data movement, and reporting with Power Automate and connected systems.
• Improve knowledge access and self-service with Glean, Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Rovo.
• Pilot solutions with end users, collect feedback, test edge cases, iterate for safety and maintainability.
• Maintain a prioritized AI/backlog and communicate progress to stakeholders.
