Job summary

Applause is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive AI adoption across every team. You will build and maintain a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows for departments like Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and HR/TA, then implement them: standing up tools, wiring integrations into core systems, training the team, and tracking impact.

You will work closely with our CTO and Chief Architect on the broader AI vision and governance while owning execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–4 years in AI/LLM deployment, workflow automation, or related technical role.
• Ability to write/modify code for internal apps; production-grade not required.
• Familiar with Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience building integrations (Zapier, Make, APIs, low-code/no-code).
• Knowledge of Claude, Copilot or similar AI tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and ownership from start to finish.
• Remote work proficiency and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Build a monthly roadmap of AI workflows for every department.
• Implement workflows with tools and integrations, train teams, and monitor impact.
• Design AI-driven automations to replace repetitive work.
• Collaborate with CTO and Chief Architect on governance and AI vision.
• Track usage, cost, and ROI; report monthly to CTO.
• Help teams become progressively self-sufficient in AI workflows.
